Self Catering in our Large Capacity Gite

Grue Demoiselle was built as the main house for a farm about 1850, we have strived to keep the feel of a French Farmhouse but also incorporated the modern comforts we have all come to enjoy.

Grue Demoiselle is also available as a self catering house, fully equiped for the large group in a beautiful tranquil location where the children can make as much noise and let off steam as you can cope with!

We can comfortably accommodate 15 people with an additional baby travel cot available.

* The Owl and Swallow bedrooms can be used as a family suite for 5 people


Kitchen	Large Gaz cooker with 5 ring hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, two sinks and central island, Automatic washing machine. Filter coffee machine. Fully equiped as a professional kitchen. Iron and ironing board, clothes line and airer. Vacume cleaner & cleaning products
Dining Room	Wood burning fire, Large pine table for 10 people with additional tables to change configuration to seat up to 15 people . Large buffet containing plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, serving dishes etc Stereo & CD player. French doors to the garden.
Lounge	Wood buring stove, TV + DVD player (only plays DVDs currently).
Hallway	Laptop computer with internet access.
Function Hall	Table football, multi CD player
Garden	Large family Barbecue, Fire pit, swing seat, garden table and chairs, bicycles for local use only (4 adult, 2 children), boules, archery on request.
Family Safety	1 x High Chair, 1 x stair gate, 1 x baby bath, 1 x baby travel bed/cot, 1 x childs toilet seat, 1 x fire guard, enclosed walled garden
Parking	Plenty of off road parking, private 100m drive.
Pets	Pets by prior arrangement. Must be friendly with cats and other dogs and must not be allowed on the beds. Pet carers must also clean up after their pets.

Changeover day

Weekly bookings changeover on Saturdays, but can be flexible where possible for shorter breaks.
Arrival time from 17:00 hrs, property must be vacated by 11:00 hrs on day of departure unless arranged otherwise.
Again we are very flexible where possible.
